Aspect Construction has been named as the preferred Contractor for a £200k refurbishment project at Daresbury Science Park, Warrington.
Daresbury Park is a specialist business park that focuses on companies in the science and technology sectors. It is just one of two science and innovation campuses in the UK and has been identified by the government as a key plank in the region’s economic future.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Aspect to deliver a specialist new build project within this highly recognised facility.
The works will consist of a new build extension to the existing structure. It also will encompass a deep pad microscope base ground slab, pad foundations and be based around a steel frame. Along with brick and block cavity wall construction, internal block cavity wall construction, internal block work wall, doors, wall, floor and ceiling finishes and associated services.
The Project is due to start on the 8th of April 2013 and will be completed by early August 2013.
