Aspect Construction has secured a place on the Cheshire East Council Low Value Services Framework to deliver work on schemes up to £800,000 in value. The framework will run for three years with an option to extend for an additional 12 months, and will cover projects on schools, leisure centres, community buildings, libraries, depots, health buildings, crematoria, and National Trust estates.

It is anticipated that the framework will be to deliver a total of £13.5m of work over its life, for construction work across Cheshire East, including: Nantwich, Crewe, Winsford, Congleton and Macclesfield.

Aspect Construction joins a total of 6 contractors who secured a place on the construction framework, competing against 18 other construction companies who submitted a bid.

Construction Director, Wesley Allmark said: “We are delighted to have secured a place on the Cheshire East Council Low Value Services Framework, it is a fantastic opportunity for Aspect Construction to work with another local authority client on a long-term basis, share best practice and offer value to both the client and the local communities across the region.”
