Liverpool Science Park has appointed Aspect Construction to undertake extensive refurbishment works at its Innovation Centre 2 building.
The £500k will create 40,000 sq ft of refurbished space over three floors and will provide excellent facilities for the Science Park. The refurbishment commenced on the 18th of March 2013 and the project is due for completion in 10 weeks.
The Science Park is home to office and laboratory space to support and develop Liverpool’s growing knowledge economy, particularly in the areas of life sciences, IT digital technologies and advanced manufacturing.
The Innovation Centre is based in the heart of Liverpool’s thriving knowledge quarter adjacent to the campuses of Liverpool John Moores University and University of Liverpool.
